מי אנחנו

אתר היריד היצירתי הוא חנות מקוונת לערכות יצירה, פאזלים, יצירות יהלומים, צביעה לפי מספרים ומוצרים נוספים, והוא מופעל על ידי היריד היצירתי, עוסק מורשה 039391305.

מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים, למה אנחנו משתמשים בו, עם מי הוא משותף, ואיך אפשר לעיין בו, לתקן אותו, למחוק אותו או להפסיק לקבל מאיתנו דיוור. השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה למדיניות זו.

איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים ומאיפה

• מי שהצטרף בעצמו לניוזלטר או למועדון הלקוחות דרך טופס ההרשמה באתר, ואישר את הרשמתו במייל שנשלח אליו. מי שלא אישר לא מקבל דיוור שיווקי.

אנחנו לא קונים, לא שוכרים ולא מוכרים רשימות תפוצה, ולא שולחים דיוור שיווקי לכתובת שלא נרשמה אלינו.

מה יש בכל הודעה שיווקית

• סימון שההודעה היא פרסומת.
• שם העסק וכתובתו.
• קישור להסרה מרשימת התפוצה.
• קישור למדיניות הפרטיות הזו.

איך מסירים את עצמך

1. לוחצים על הקישור "הסרה מרשימת התפוצה" בתחתית ההודעה.
2. מאשרים את ההסרה בעמוד שנפתח.
3. ההסרה נכנסת לתוקף מיד, ואנחנו מפסיקים לשלוח לך דיוור שיווקי.

אפשר גם לבקש הסרה בטלפון או בדוא"ל. נטפל בבקשה בהקדם, ולכל היותר בתוך 5 ימי עסקים.

אחרי ההסרה אנחנו שומרים את הכתובת ברשימת הסרה בלבד, כדי לוודא שלא נשלח אליה דיוור שיווקי שוב.

מעקב אחרי הודעות

הודעות הדיוור כוללות תמונה זעירה וקישורים שנרשמים בהקלקה. כך אנחנו יודעים אם ההודעה נפתחה ואילו קישורים נלחצו: כפתור או קישור באתר, מספר טלפון או כתובת דוא"ל. נשמרים רק סוג הפעולה, המועד וההודעה, בלי כתובת רשת ובלי פרטי דפדפן. אפשר להפסיק לקבל דיוור בכל עת.

אבטחה. האתר פועל בחיבור מוצפן, והגישה למידע מוגבלת למי שזקוק לו לצורך עבודתו. אין אבטחה מושלמת באינטרנט, ולכן איננו יכולים להבטיח הגנה מוחלטת.

שמירה. אנחנו שומרים מידע רק כל עוד הוא נחוץ למטרות שלשמן נאסף:

• פרטי הזמנות וחשבוניות נשמרים לפי דרישות הדין, בדרך כלל 7 שנים.
• כתובת דוא"ל לדיוור נשמרת עד שתסיר את עצמך או תבקש למחוק אותה. אחרי ההסרה נשמרת הכתובת ברשימת הסרה בלבד.
• פניות שירות נשמרות כל עוד הן נחוצות לטיפול ולמעקב.

העברה מחוץ לישראל. חלק מהספקים שלנו, ובהם שירות הדיוור, גוגל ומטא, מפעילים שרתים מחוץ לישראל, ובין היתר בארצות הברית. אנחנו משתמשים רק בספקים שמחויבים להגן על המידע.

הזכויות שלך

מגיעות לך הזכויות האלה לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות:

• עיון: לדעת איזה מידע שמור עליך אצלנו ולקבל עותק ממנו.
• תיקון: לבקש לתקן מידע שגוי.

קטינים. האתר מיועד לגולשים בני 11 ומעלה, בהתאם לתקנון האתר. קטין מתחת לגיל 18 נדרש לפעול בידיעת הורה או אפוטרופוס. אנחנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע מילדים מתחת לגיל 11, ולא שולחים ביודעין דיוור שיווקי לקטינים מתחת לגיל 18.

Who we are

Hayarid Hayetsirati is an online store for craft kits, puzzles, diamond painting, paint-by-number sets and related products. The store is operated by Hayarid Hayetsirati, an Israeli licensed dealer (no. 039391305).

This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and how you can access it, correct it, delete it, or stop receiving our emails. By using the website you agree to this policy.

What we collect and where it comes from

We collect only what we need to sell, ship, give support and contact you. You are not legally required to give us information, but without your order details we cannot deliver your purchase.

We do not collect sensitive information such as medical, religious or political information.

Why we use the information

We use your information only for these purposes:

• To take your order, collect payment and ship your purchase.
• To provide customer service and handle returns, exchanges and order cancellations.
• To issue invoices and meet our legal obligations.
• To send messages about your order, such as order confirmation and shipping updates.

Marketing emails and unsubscribing

We send marketing emails only to people who gave us their email address in order to receive them, and every email lets you unsubscribe.

Who receives marketing emails

• Customers who bought from the store and ticked the marketing consent box at checkout.
• People who signed up for our newsletter or customer club through a sign-up form on the website, and confirmed their sign-up in the email we send them. Anyone who did not confirm does not receive marketing emails.

We do not buy, rent or sell email lists, and we do not send marketing emails to an address that did not sign up with us.

What every marketing email contains

• A clear label that it is an advertisement.
• Our business name and postal address.
• A link to unsubscribe from the mailing list.
• A link to this privacy policy.

How to unsubscribe

1. Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email.
2. Confirm on the page that opens.
3. The change takes effect immediately and we stop sending you marketing emails.

You can also ask us to unsubscribe you by phone or email. We will handle the request promptly and in any case within 5 business days.

After you unsubscribe we keep your address on a suppression list only, so that we never email you marketing messages again.

Tracking

Our marketing emails include a tiny image and tracked links. They let us know whether a message was opened and which links were clicked: a button or website link, a phone number or an email address. We store only the type of action, the time and the message, with no IP address and no browser details. You can stop receiving our emails at any time.

Service messages

If you unsubscribe from marketing emails you will still receive messages about an order you placed, such as order confirmation and shipping updates, because they are part of the service.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone so that they can market to you. We share information only with providers that help us run the store, and each provider receives only what it needs.

Providers may use the information only to provide their service to us, and each is bound by its own privacy policy. You can read the Twilio privacy notice for details on how our email provider handles data.

Cookies and tracking

The website uses cookies, which are small files stored in your browser, so that the store works and so that we can measure and improve it.

• Necessary cookies: keep your cart, your account login and your website settings. The store cannot work without them.
• Measurement cookies: help us understand which pages are viewed and how visitors use the website. They are loaded through Google Tag Manager.
• Advertising cookies: the Meta (Facebook) pixel lets us measure the results of our advertising and show relevant ads to website visitors.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent you from buying on the website. You can also control targeted advertising through the ad settings of your Facebook and Google accounts.

Security, retention and transfers outside Israel

Security. The website runs over an encrypted connection, and access to information is limited to people who need it for their work. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Retention. We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for:

• Order records and invoices are kept as required by law, usually 7 years.
• Your email address for marketing is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that it stays on a suppression list only.
• Support enquiries are kept as long as they are needed to handle and follow up.

Transfers outside Israel. Some of our providers, including our email service provider, Google and Meta, operate servers outside Israel, among others in the United States. We use only providers that are committed to protecting the information.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have these rights:

• Access: to know what information we hold about you and to receive a copy.
• Correction: to ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion: to ask us to delete information, unless we are legally required to keep it.
• Unsubscribe: to stop receiving marketing emails at any time, free of charge.
• Withdraw consent: to withdraw any consent you gave for the use of your information.

Minors, changes to this policy and contact

Minors. The website is intended for visitors aged 11 and over, in line with the website's terms of service. A minor under 18 should act with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 11, and we do not knowingly send marketing emails to anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is published on the website, and the date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
